Honeywell HPS/XCEED specializes in tailoring the environmental and chemical processing (ECP) solutions to client-specified data reduction and reporting per the site Permit and has developed a methodology around important supplementary tasks that require significant regulatory process expertise. Honeywell HPS/XCEED provides the comprehensive services necessary to fully support our ECP solutions that include Cirrus EIS and Nimbus. These documentation services can be categorized as follows:

• Monitoring Plans (MP)
• Test Plans
• Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
• Certification Applications

The exact name of each service depends on the particular regulatory environment. For example, a monitoring plan might be called a “CEMS Application” in some states. Additional on-going services ensure that an installed project continues to meet its intended regulatory compliance purpose in the following areas:
