Third-party System Integration

The XCEED Performance Services Group has a project-orientated resources base to provide customers with value-added services for plant floor and facilities and engineering and system integration services for process, packaging, facility, and utility areas. We provide solutions based on the following competencies:

• Process and factory control systems - system architecture, electrical design, instrumentation specification, operator and supervisory plant floor interfaces.
• Enterprise-control system integration - ISA S95 control system to enterprise information management and plant information systems.
• ISA S88 compliant batch process control and information systems.
• System validation and conformance services under 21 CFR Parts 210-211 and electronic batch record management under 21 CFR Part 11.
• Process mechanical engineering for process development, process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation drawings, equipment mechanical design and specification, process and utility piping. Includes expertise with specific sanitary requirements and related equipment.
• Packaging line implementation, automation and asset utilization optimization. Owner’s representatives, line evaluation, equipment evaluation, line configuration, construction management, and start up support.
