We strive to provide the best technical support by employing highly skilled, trained technical staff, and by giving you a variety of support options so you can choose the one that meets your specific requirements.

The System Support packages offered by Honeywell HPS-XCEED include the following:

  • Standard: Telephone support during normal business hours with 1 business day response time, web support, and extended warranty period on HPAI products and solutions, excluding third party components
  • Priority Support: 24-hour, 7-day telephone support with 8-hour response time, web support, remote support and extended warranty on HPAI products and solutions, excluding third party components
  • Premier Support: 24-hour, 7-day telephone support with 8-hour response time, web support, remote support, extended warranty on HPAI products and solutions, excluding 3rd party components, and periodic system backup and application maintenance

We can provide additional services on a time and material basis for troubleshooting problems not related to these Honeywell PAI products and services and non-warranty issues, once such problems have been identified.
